Volunteer

To be a volunteer guardian, you must fill out a Volunteer Application and mail it to us.  The address can be found on the application.

The Volunteer Manual provides detailed information on what is expected of a volunteer guardian.

Our documents are provided in Portable Document Format (PDF) which requires a PDF reader.   A popular free PDF reader, the Adobe Acrobat Reader, can be downloaded by clicking the Adobe icon.

Volunteers Needed

Are you interested in volunteering for our organization without serving as a guardian?  If so, we would welcome the help.  We currently are in need of volunteers to do the following:

(1) Scan important Agency documents into our system.
(2) Create regular mailing and email distribution lists and also create a database of interested people for periodic mailings and requests for financial support.
(3) Create a database of birth dates of wards and volunteer guardians and to send cards on behalf of the Agency.
(4) Serve as a grant writer for one or more grant requests.
(5) Create and maintain a photo album with pictures of the volunteers and their self-created short bios.
(6) Create and maintain a scrap book of all newspaper articles regarding Volunteer Guardianship One-on-One.
(7) Help with Volunteer Guardianship One-on-One fundraiser projects.

If you think you may be interested in any of these volunteer opportunities, please contact Kathrine Tuttle, Director of Volunteers, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
