Anthony J. Serra is a partner in the law and mediation practice of Serra Weiss, LLC, Princeton, New Jersey. He is the former General Counsel to the Office of the Public Guardian for Elderly Adults of New Jersey and is a Registered Guardian under the auspices of the National Guardianship Association. He is a professional family mediator and is a member of the New Jersey Statewide Civil Mediation program as well as an approved Mentor. He is active in many local and national organizations devoted to the meeting the needs of the elderly and those with mental and physical disabilities including the co-founder and current President of Volunteer Guardianship One-on-One, Inc.,. He is a graduate of both Drew University and the Seton Hall University School of Law.
