Floyd Stafford is currently president/CEO if Financial Assist, Inc., Flemington, a corporation he formed in 1989 and which is dedicated to serving the financial/accounting needs of individuals and small businesses. Financial Assist concentrates on the needs of the elderly, the disabled, and their families - specializing in Guardianship and Estate assistance. Mr. Stafford is a seasoned executive with more that twenty years of experience prior to Financial Assist, both as an independent consultant and in various corporate management positions through Vice President. As a consultant, he specialized in the areas of finance and systems for clients ranging from new venture start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Assignments were typically geared toward assisting clients assess various functions and establish better records and/or controls for their operation. Much of Mr. Stafford's corporate experience was within the finance division of two Johnson & Johnson companies. Mr. Stafford holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with further emphasis in both Chemistry and Business Administration. He has taken advanced courses in Finance at Rutgers Graduate School. Mr. Stafford is a Registered Guardian and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Raritan Valley Community College. He serves on various boards and committees within the community and is currently board president of the non-profit Dr. Orlie Pell Fund.
